The cosy apartment has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a very well equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a designer shower as well as an additional toilet and therefore offers space for 4 persons. The facilities also include WLAN, two televisions, board games, toys, a baby cot and a high chair. In the furnished outdoor area a covered balcony awaits you, from where you have a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. A supermarket is 400 m away and a restaurant can be reached within 200 m. A bus stop as well as a ski lift are within a radius of 200 m and the Wildpark Aurach can be reached after a 10-minute drive (9.4 km). Hiking trails start directly at the house, to the next golf course it is 4,5 km or 5 minutes by car Parking spaces are available in front of the house. The holiday home Petten aan Zee is situated in the village of the same name and is part of a well-kept complex of holiday homes called "De Watersnip". The barrier-free holiday home has a living room with two sofas and a camper van for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with large box-spring beds and a bathroom with shower, and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people. The facilities also include WLAN, a fireplace, cable TV, board games, children's books, a baby bed and a high chair. Outside you will also find a private garden, an open wooden terrace, a dining area and comfortable lounge furniture. Relax in a traditional wicker beach chair or take one of the two bicycles for a trip to the sea at no extra charge. In the communal area of the complex, a huge children's playground with bouncy castle, table tennis, a billiard table, fitness equipment and a 200 m² communal outdoor pool provide entertainment for young and old. A restaurant, a snack bar and a shop are within the holiday park; other restaurants, shops, bars and cafés are within 1 km, a bus stop is 0.3 km away and the beach is 0.5 km away. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented from the park operator for a fee. There is a tourist tax of 1,50 Euro per day, which has to be paid to the landlord before arrival - information about payment will be sent by e-mail after booking.

In the popular town Scharbeutz the modern holiday apartment "Moin am Meer" is situated, which is only a few steps away from the fantastic white sand of the local Baltic Sea beach. The barrier-free apartment has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a very well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size box spring bed and a cot (1.40 x 0.70 m) as well as a bathroom and thus offers space for a maximum of 4 persons plus child. The facilities also include WLAN, large flat-screen TVs in both rooms, board games, toys, children's books, a baby bed, a cot and a high chair. Enjoy relaxing hours on the furnished balcony or take a ride on the two bicycles in the accommodation (available at no extra charge). The beach, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance and the bus stop is only 200 m from the apartment. For your car there is an underground parking space available (without extra charge). Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. An elevator is available. Please note that an additional visitor's tax is payable. The amount varies depending on the season. Under 18s pay the visitor's tax free of charge.
